Google image search is an easy way to find images in different variety of topics all you have to do is type the keyword and a list of images will a appear with a link to the website.

Introducing Google Image Search Optimization:
Google Image search optimization is easy to manage unlike normal search engine
it focus mainly on keywords alt text and similar s it also has tricks and hacks that will let you rank better but we will not discuss this now i will discuss in my next post.

1) Insert keywords in alt image text:
Keywords in alt image tags is the most important thing in image optimization
it’s the keyword which the people will search in the image search.

2) Keywords Surrounding the image:
Keywords surrounding the image is an another important step for ranking well in Google image search the keywords that is surrounding your image will be shown under the image with bold letters.

3) Name your image with a good title:
Instead of naming your image with “hrg28.jpg” name it with Mr bean.jpg
this will definitely get you ranked well in image search.

4) Use keywords in Anchor Text:
Try to use keywords when linking to an image instead of linking to it with”cool” “great pic”
try to use like “Mr-bean”, “Mr-bean Photo”.

5) Enable Image Search At Google Webmaster Central:
Go to Google Web Master Central
and open the Diagnostic tab and in the left sidebar click on “enhance image search” it will take you to a page where you must click on the check box, it will
before all that you must verify your site in Google webmaster central.

6) Use image sizing for targeting specific search term:
People searching for images may want to use it as a wallpaper, icon so make sure to use your
photo in a specific size according to what the image is about.

7) Make your images accessible: You will have to make your images accessible in order to get indexed so you can’t block your images with robots.txt

Make your images fully standard:
This is very important to get ranked well you will have to do add a height,width and an alt to your images in order to make it optimized and ready for image rankings.
