Making your blog stand up in the crowd is an important thing if you want to get traffic, links and build your blogs creditability there are different ways on making your blog stand up in the crowd and all of them are important so in this post i will give you the 10 ways to make your blog stand up in the crowd:

1) Domain name:Don’t underestimate choosing a domain name, your blogs domain is the brand so make sure your domain is

• Simple
• Easy to read
• Easy to remember
• Relevant
• Matches your brand

2) Title/headline:

Choosing a headline or a title for your blog is an importnat thing you should take your time choosing your title you will have to make it

• Simple
• Attractive
• Straight to the point

3) Design:

Try to have your own unique design at yoru blog design is one of the most important things in a blog so it will be really good if you ahd your self a unique blog design you can make one yourself or you can buy one i advice you to go to uniqueblogdesign, if you can’t afford one of you can’t make one then use a normal theme and customize it to make it fittable to your brand.

4) Content:

Make your content unique and relevant don’t jsut copy what johnchow writes everyday before posting do some research about what you will post about then post it in your own way and make it attractive continue to post quality content regulary and you will see the change.

5) Your Brand:

Branding is very important if you are seriouse about blogging so you must have your own brand at your own blog.

6) Expose your blog to the blogosphere:

So you got your quality content and it’s time for tarffic then you will have to show your people what you got so drop by blogs and look at posts taht talks about the same subject of your post leave a relevant comment and then leave your URL of the post you ahve written and make it relevant but do not spam.

7) Do Not Blog For Money:

This is a common problem with almost every blogger my advice to you is if you are starting your blog just to make money because you just saw how much john chow and problogger are making monthly well stay away from blogging my advice is to blog about what you love and to care more about your readers then money will start powering and at the same time you will have fun helping others, blogging is not a quick rich software.8) Get people To Talk about you:The more people talk aboyt you means Traffic+links=$$$ and successful blogging so you must get people talking about you there are many ways to do that some of them are:

• Content
• Buy reviews from other bloggers
• But adverts on other blogs on your niche
• Be unique
• Offer something free
• Offer a free ebook
• Contests

By following these ways i am sure that you will start seeing people talking about you and your blog.

9) Do not clutter your blog with ads:

Do not use much ads if you use adsense a bit there is no problem but if you use many adverts on yoru blog might drive the visitor away there are more then 100 million blogs out there so why should they visit your blog with all those ads.

Making your blog stand up in the crowd mainly depends on “being unique” think why the visitors will choose your blog among million of blogs give them what’s unique something that they cannot find elsewhere.
